3. Appointment Policy
- Appointments can be booked online, via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Clients are requested to arrive on time.
- Late arrival may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
4. Payment Policy
- Payment must be made after service completion unless advance booking is required.
- We accept Cash, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the service booked.
- No refunds will be issued after service completion.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:

- Inform staff about allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues
- Follow staff instructions for safety and best results
We are not responsible for reactions caused due to undisclosed medical conditions.
